Non-Participants will be any adult or child that will be in your group, NOT included in participating count. ie Grandparents watching, but not riding train or attending zoo.


Additional Add-Ons

***Minimum cost of $150 to book face painting. Fee is paid at time of booking and is non-refundable. Each participant for face painting will cost $2 per individual. Paid day of event***


  • $7 per participant, ages 2 and under free. Paid day of event.


  • Includes up to 20 participants. Fee paid day of event.
    Additional participants welcome but will be charged additional per person fee ($7). Under 2 is free with a paying adult. Children under 8 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

  • Pony Rides will be charged $15 per person. Riders must weigh less than 70 pounds and a minimum of 1 year old and able to sit unassisted. All riders at discretion of Ponyland Staff.


  • Liability waiver must be signed onsite by legal guardian for each participant. Bounce house will be located behind the event tent and fenced off. Event host must provide an adult chaperone during use of the bounce house.

Bobby Dazzler’s Host (may not be present the entire event)
20 small orange pumpkins
Private Cow Train ride for up to 20 participants (please note: pregnant women and children under 1 year and/or not-walking are not permitted to ride the Cow Train. See all guidelines on website.)
If bounce house is selected: Liability waiver must be signed onsite by legal guardian for each participant. Bounce house will be located behind the event tent and fenced off. Event host must provide an adult chaperone during use of the bounce house.
Additional fee for 21 or more participants, will be charged based on the group activities.

Items NOT included in reservation:
Food & Drinks - You may bring your own. (No alcohol permitted on property.)
Table covers & decorations. You may bring your own. (No open flames, including candles are permitted on property.)
Optional activities can be added at an additional expense and should be included in your reservation. Additional deposit amount will be collected for Face Painting and Bounce House at time of reservation, with balance collected day of event. (Note: Bounce House guidelines apply.)

NOTE: ALL deposits are NON-refundable and NON-transferable.

No Refunds for unused tickets.

Bobby Dazzler’s Pumpkin Patch will determine the morning of the event if inclement weather closes the patch. Events may be rescheduled or refunded as agreed.
